 At a price of $39.99, Aspyr Media announced 10/21/2008 that it is releasing a version of Guitar Hero standalone game, available for Macintosh and PC.
This version of Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, is a standalone game based on Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. It features 40 new rock and roll tracks.
The game is to be played using USB-based guitars, just as those used with Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. What is tempting? Yes,the game has Aerosmith's classic rock songs.
It is also expected that by November, 2008, Aspyr will release a bundle that includes both the original Guitar Hero III game and the Aerosmith edition, for a price of $79.99.
